How to make a new website from the beginning

1. Choose a domain name

The first step to making a website is choosing a domain name. A domain name is the address of your website. You want something that is memorable, easy to type, and easy to spell. 2. Choose a hosting provider

Now that you've chosen a domain name, you need to find a web host. Web hosts provide space on their servers where you can store your website files. Most people choose the free option since it's less expensive than paying for a service that runs faster. However, if you plan on getting lots of traffic, then you may want to pay for a premium package.

3. Install WordPress

WordPress is the most popular content management system (CMS). It's a great platform for building websites and blogs. Once you install WordPress, you'll be able to start adding pages, posts, images, videos, etc. to your site.

4. Add Plugins

Plugins are additional applications that allow you to do things beyond what's built-in to WordPress. There are thousands of plugins available, many of which are absolutely necessary. Here are some examples of plugins we use on our sites:

5. Customize Theme

A theme is how your site looks. When you install WordPress, it comes with several themes preinstalled. These themes are designed to look nice on any device, but they don't necessarily fit your brand. That's why you should customize them.
